For so long I was #Selfless,

For so long I was #Selfless, but I didn't mind it. I actually enjoyed being there for others, feeling needed and wanted, until life taught me a lesson the hard way. I was forced to #beecome more focused on ME. MY needs, MY feelings, mySELF and saying the word "NO."
 For so long I was a "people pleaser" ... And a YES woman, until I realized that was one of the main reasons I spent most of my time hurt. I felt used and abused, unappreciated, and unfulfilled... but because I was putting myself last. God and the Universe taught me that the only way to truly help, love and/or be there for someone else in a HEALTHY way, is to be there for myself first.
 To take care of ME, love and appreciate myself. #BeeStrong and stand on your own two feet so if one day that one person you emotionally depended on so much isn't there, you'll find the strength to be "OK" on your own. The only one we should ever depend on 100% is GOD.... Because he's the only one that won't judge, criticize, bash your heart and leave you.
